Great stability during hard braking - straight line and trail braking. Predictable on all angles, even when nearly worn out.

Great stability

I use the Power 5 for sport-touring, but more toward the side. I’ve used many other tyres before but Michelin tyres offer many better overall benefits. - Great feel, stability at all speeds and lean angles. - Great feedback without being harsh. - Confidence without loss of feedback. - The feedback gives confidence for trail braking. - Does not pop back up or lose traction when brakes are released during trail braking. - Great mileage and wear characteristics. - Warms up quickly and are up to the task in just a few short minutes. - Steering is a bit more progressive than Road 5. - No fear on damp (intermediate) roads. - But I prefer the Road 5 for fully wet roads with standing water (obviously). - They don’t break traction suddenly over painted road sections, instead they give plenty of warning and slide in a progressive manner.

Great sporty all-rounder
