Good tire on a good bike.

Reviewed by sherking - October 26, 2021

Got a factory Sherco se 300. These came standard. People say that they are not a good tire. I could not be bothered changing them. Kept them on for the first 50 hours. I not and epic rider but there are also many people who complain about tires that can't ride. I think they are good. Did run a mousse in the rear. These are expensive but I got 50 hours of fun out of them and there were still knobs left on them. Frankly I only took them off because they were starting to loose knobs on the front outside edge.

Excellent but overpriced in Australia

Reviewed - March 26, 2021

Bought aftermarket for my KTM 500 EXC. Used to race two Transmoto events in late 2020 plus plenty of training between and afterward. Used with the recommended Michelin mousses, they had excellent grip and stability everywhere and wear brilliantly - there was no visible wear on the tyre after the Coffs Harbour Transmoto; not much more after the Batemans Bay event. However, at $220 for the standard Enduro Medium rear in Australia and $170 for the front, they are wildly overpriced. Depsite many of my riding mates being super impressed with the wear and performance, no one will spend the asking price on these tyres, not even me: I just bought a set of Metzeler 6 Day for about half the price of the Michelins.
