- Submit the completed form, attach a digital copy of your proof of purchase and select your preferred e-wallet
- By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and will respect the terms of use & PDPA.
- Within 03 working days, you will receive an SMS on your registered phone and/or email notification indicating that your submission has been received.
- Each approved submission will receive a reload pin/e-code of the applicable E-wallet within ten (10) working days from date of approval by SMS and/or email.
