Overall great experience from purchasing Michelin tyres from tyre plus - Dong Cheng 215 45 R17 - rm480 each Now Michelin running some kind of cashback if you change 4 tyres, they will give you rm120 to T&G wallet Very fast response on WhatsApp, competitive pricing, installation was efficient and fast including alignment, customer service was friendly However, a little strange incident during our first interaction was that boss forgets the price and ask me how much I was quoted, probably quote you a higher price if you didn’t rebook beforehand/don’t know the price? Idk

Poor Service!!! Very bad tyre alignment and balancing service by your staff despite RM90. I have came here twice and it was good service. But recently (2024), the alignment and balancing service by your staff was very poor. Didn't even bother to check the tire condition and had sent for balancing directly. Surprisingly , the alignment was done less than a minute. Last year, I remember another older had checked and took some time to align the wheels. This time around your young staff + 2 foreign worker was rushing despite only my car was inside the shop. I was planning to send another car here for alignment balancing and also change to new set of tires but will not come to your shop again. Also, do not VAPE in front of your customer's face. Please improve your staff communication and ask them not to rush during work.

Dishonest business. I was shocked by how unprofessional and unethical they are. They convince you to spend more than you need when your condition is actually still great. If people are not familiar with tyres and engine they will trick you to change into the most expensive ones unnecessarily and exaggerate your condition I don’t recommend anyone to come here if you’re looking to experience efficient, professional service for your engine or tyres.
