I visited TyrePlus hoping for a simple tyre check, but the staff refused to even take a look, claiming they were too busy. I understand that shops can get busy, but a quick check takes only a few minutes. Instead of offering any help or suggesting a better time to come back, they just dismissed me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. If they can’t spare even a moment to assist, I wouldn’t trust them with anything more serious. Definitely won’t be returning. And dont deserve any star.

First time visited to this shop, just doing the usual balancing & alignment. In terms of service quality from the staff, not bad. Unfortunately, not from the "lady boss" who manning at the counter, need improvement. In terms of pricing, they are at higher side. If I heard correctly, they are charging based on tire size. Most of the shops usually charged between RM60-70, but this shop charged RM96.

From what I have read the feedbacks, and same template replied by the shop owner are all same templates.. No recovery at all. Really need total improvement. Maybe good treatment to expansive cars, because can charge higher price. Boycott je.

If a woman doesn't even understand the most basic service, how can she face customers? Today I encountered a woman in a blue shirt with short hair who spoke to me aggressively and rudely, even using profanity. Do you think she's suitable for a frontline job, lacking even the most basic respect for customers?
